Buying Process

    • They handle the title search, document preparation, and escrow.
  3. 3. Closing

    • Sign the final documents.

Owner Financing Requirements

Unlike a traditional mortgage, owner financing typically does not require:

  • Traditional bank financing

The primary requirements are:
